You manage/get/upgrade Cards for units and your base. Expect a lengthy Tutorial.
Good if you like watching warfare.

63MB is accurate, but afterwards it downloads just 1MB for the next scene. And in general it only downloads assets as you need them. Some kind of optimization, because otherwise the game is about 250MB in total.

Ah, seems like the resolution isn't big enough to show the UI on the right. Be sure to update the Project settings.

Nothing beats several rows of weak turrets, just keep in mind that repairs are free!
